After a long stint in the media business, including 10 years on FM radio, Santosh decided to switch lanes completely and join ACTS. His desire was to use his God-given abilities to serve people around him. Today, he is the CEO of ACTS and also serves as the Chair of International Needs Incorporated, a global network of NGOs, of which ACTS is a Global Partner. He loves spending time with his wife and three children. He is also very passionate about music and plays the bass guitar with a couple of bands in Bangalore.
