PEAS (Programme for Environmental Awareness in Schools) is ACTS' nationwide environmental programme aiming to motivate children into action through awareness. It is a network of students and teachers across India, and there are hundreds of schools involved at present.

The PEAS activities include PEAS clubs in schools, workshops for teachers, competitions, rallies, seminars and a national conference. The 2010 conference was held in Vishakapatnam and there were students from the host city, as well as Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. The next PEAS conference will be held in Mumbai in November 2011.

PEAS also publishes the PEAS magazines. It is educational and informative and features contributions from students from across India.
